Here is some video you need to see and knowledge you need to hear. KRS proves here that yet again he is one of tha smartest emcees and people in Hip-Hop. It is artists like this that are worth supporting and listening to. KRS does not do it for money and bling, but for tha love of Hip-Hop and to spread knowledge.
Here KRS-One talks about our government in America and its corruption. He is a smart rapper, unlike all these rappers who are riding Obama’s dick because he is black. Just as KRS says, Illuminati just put on a black face. Our country was sick of Bush and they way we were being treated, and we were going to revolt. But they put a black man in power and everybody shuts tha fuck up. Why? Who is Obama that he is different from tha rest? Almost every President is a puppet, who is to say Obama is any different. And when a President fights back and opposes Illuminati, they get killed. But as KRS says here, if Obama does do tha right thing and gets killed, we will seek answers this time and find them.
Don’t support Obama because of his skin. Fuck tha government. He is another politician. And up to now he has not proved he is any different than past Presidents. So open your eyes, seek tha truth, and fight to be free.

So if you haven’t heard by now Budden and Meth are not getting along that well. It all started when, while on Joe Budden TV with Joell Ortiz, Joe was going over tha VIBE Best Rapper Alive bracket. Which by tha way, that bracket is complete bullshit and tha person who made it obviously knows NOTHING about Hip-Hop..
This bracket is NCAA Basketball style, with 4 regions, and seed rankings. Rappers range from a 1-32 seed. So in this video Joell is holding tha camera, Joe is going over tha bracket and saying what he thinks of it. Which tha points he made are correct. He says who he agrees with and who he does not, who should be lower, and who should be higher. Joe says he thinks that today, in this time, he could be beat around 50 of those rappers. He points out that he is a 32 against Rakim, which is a quick L. He says he thinks if him and Method Man battled today he would lyrically tear his head off. In some ways I agree with Joe. Meth is a legend and pioneer in this rap game. He is a great rapper, has nice flow, and tight lyrics. Meth also has one of tha smoothest swags in Hip-Hop. But if you were to remove tha fame and big name from Method Man, hand him a mic, send him on stage with Joe Budden in 2009 who would win??
In my opinion with tha tracks I’ve heard lately, I go with Joe just barely. Have you heard Padded Room?? That is one of tha best albums this year by far. Slaughterhouse is one of tha most lyrically powerful groups ever. Budden is doing shit right. This could fuck up his career though. Because to tha people who don’t really know Hip-Hop, who only know what tha radio and tv says, they are going to hate on Joe Budden like crazy. Which is fucked up. Budden is a great emcee, one of tha greatest. So if you do not know of Joe Budden, look him up and listen!!
Joe also mentioned Melle Mel and of course he did a video response to it pointing out his achievements in Hip-Hop. Which I have full respect and understand what he did for tha game, but lyrically Joe is better. Put them on a stage and Budden wins. Mel even went as far to say Joe is tha ass crack of Hip-Hop. Thats fucked up Mel. He did not diss you or hate on you, but you turned around and dissed him? What tha fuck man? Thats some real bullshit to me. He is a legend and did alot for rap, but that some really wrong of him to do..
Even Busta is getting his words in saying Joe needs to be smacked. Why should Joe be smacked? He never said anything disrespectful and never dissed Method Man. He said he could beat him in a battle, so they need to fuckin battle. And Busta doesn’t need to get in this, this is not his area to speak. Budden would lyrically take down Busta. Yea Busta has alot of songs, collabos, cds, etc..But Joe is lyrically fuckin ill. I like Busta, his flow, his intensity, and everything else about him.
I have alot of respect for Redman in this situation. At least up to this point he is staying out. He said Meth can handle himself and he is there for him if he needs him. Instead of saying fuck Joe and all that, he was real about it..
In my eyez this little beef is not what Hip-Hop needs at all. Hip-Hop needs artists like Joe Budden, Method Man, Redman, Slaughterhouse, and Wu Tang to work together to bring back truth to tha game. I liked Method’s idea of him and Joe jumping on a song together and letting tha fans decided who outshines tha other. Tha only down side to that is you know more will say Method Man because his name is bigger, he has more fame, and is well known. Don’t get me wrong or think I’m hating anyone in this situation. There are rappers I greatly dislike, but so far none of them are involved in this issue. Method Man is one of my favorites, Wu Tang is one of my favorite groups..Joe is one of my favorites, Slaughterhouse is one of my favorite groups..I have a lot of respect for Redman, Busta, & Melle Mel. I disagree with what Mel said and believe it was out of line. I disagree with what Busta said and believe it was out of line. Redman so far has handled this tha best out of tha outsiders in this beef.
This was just a quick post about this topic. For those who are siding with Method and do not know of Joe Budden, please listen to music deeply before saying he has no chance. Also check out Slaughterhouse, tha super group; Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Royce Da 5′9, & Crooked I. I have love for both Joe and Meth. Just a quick look at some picks I liked thru tha draft today..

So Lions take Matthew Strafford QB from Georgia with the 1st overall pick!
Now DET has fixed one offense issue. They have Kevin Smith at RB, Calvin at WR, and now actually have a QB! Plus they got a Tight End, which helps. I’m not a big Lions fan or anything, but would like to see them make a big turn around this season and get 8+ wins and shock everyone.
Crabtree is a 49er with tha 10th overall pick! I was hoping for either him or Maclin to go to tha 49ers and it happened. This should help improve their offense so a certain point. They still have issues.
And my team, Philly Eagles, take Maclin, from my home state! Many in STL are mad that tha Kirkwood to Mizzou player will not play in STL and want a trade. This beefs up tha Eagles offense greatly. Last year Jackson, now Maclin! So Jackson, Curtis, Avant, Baskett, Brown, we lost Lewis to NE, and now Maclin. That is a nice wide out set if they can stay healthy. McNabb should have a great season if injuries stay away..
And we picked up a RB from Pitt to help out Westbrook, LeSean McCoy. He gets to stay close to his college. This greatly takes weight from Westbrook. Brian is most of tha Philly offense and that is alot of work on him. This should give Philly a future star after Westbrook retires, which is not anytime soon hopefully, and give a great back up until then. He can run and catch, just like Westbrook..
Maclin..
NFL Pick Analysis: The Eagles make a move to grab a prolific play maker in Maclin. The former Tiger has the requisite skills to shine in the team’s West Coast offense, and he’s a threat to score from anywhere on the field. That is a bullshit fake culture created from greed and money, and people who are claiming to be Hip-Hop, to be MC’s/Emcee’s, rappers, poets..When they are nothing but a lie and fake. Todays game is all fucked up in every way you could imagine. Damn near every ‘mainstream’ artist is nothin but bitch. Bragging on money and rims, callin every girl a hoe, rhyming about selling drugs, which they have never done, saying they shot someone or pack guns, when they have not and do not. For example, and I don’t mean this, actually fuck it, take it how you want to..For example, people such as Lil Wayne. Now if your a fan, your like “oh he is the greatest alive” “he is so sick” “a milli in one week!” “ain’t nobody fuckin with him” Well your WRONG. There are alot of cats ‘fuckin with him’. Artists beyond Weezy’s level are: Pac, Eminem, DMX, Nas, Rakim, Ice Cube, Scarface, KRS, Wu Tang, Run DMC, TI, Chamillionaire, Talib Kweli, Common, Young Noble, EDI, Kastro, Hussein Fatal, Big Skye, Stormey, Young Buck, 50 Cent, The Game, Geto Boys, Trick Trick, Trick Daddy, Nelly..And thats just mainstream dudes. You Weezy dick riders need to take a look around at tha truth about ‘Weezy F Baby’ Whats tha F? I’ve heard him himself say Fuckin, so Weezy Fuckin Baby..Baby is Birdman’s nickname, Weezy and Baby have a photo of them kissing. I’ll let you figure tha rest out buddy. Also he rhymes about money, rims, cars, sex, clothes, etc. He is a generic rapper. A commercial artist who just cares about money and nothing more. He has no care for truth and reality. His life story is fabricated. Most say, he’s gettin money leave him alone. Fuck that. I love Hip-Hop and don’t wanna see it die. Now 50’s callin him out. Yes! 50 will eat Weezy alive in a lyrical battle. If Eminem and D12 get in this, Cashmoney may just lose its fire. Eminem is a beast at battling and would destroy anyone Wayne brings in. Wayne has never faced a real emcee, never. And Rick Ross..Ha..A former CO claiming to have sold crack, shot at people, and shot at cops. What tha fuck is with dudes these days?? For real man. 50 killed Ross and his whole fake career in one song. Ross has nobody that compares to Eminem and D12, nobody, let me repeat one more fuckin time, nobody. Enough with that fagget Weezy. Look at Soulja Boy. Dances, snaps, plain lyrics, and songs with no substance. He is also generic, spitting about money and jewels. He is a horrible rapper, acutally he’s a pop star just like Wayne and tha rest of them. Crank That was complete shit. I have not heard one song with lyrical ability from Soulja Boy Tell Em. Fuck him, fuck his fans, fuck his music. Ice T was right and I wish a war of lyrical emcees and club rappers would have happened. If you compare someone like Shawty Lo, to a dude like Chamillionaire you hear a big difference in talent, one has some, tha other doesn’t seem too. D4L or DFB, compare them to Outlawz, D12, or Wu Tang. You can clearly hear within a minute of listening who has talent and who does not. Or Tyga and Common, easy to tell. Substance is missing from songs today. Mixtapes are just complete shit, CD’s suck, singles are just crap..Its all bubblegum rap and ringtone rap today in mainstream except for a very small few such as Talib Kweli and TI.
Tha best mixtape I’ve heard in years was tha Outlawz Culture Mixtape that just came out, and its free. So for free I can get quality music with a meaning to it compared to paying $10+ for an album with 1 good track, maybe, and tha rest fillers and skits. Easy decision there for a real fan. I am not just a fan, I am an emcee also. I was influenced deeply by 2Pac, Eminem, DMX, Outlawz, D12, Immortal Technique, Rakim, Nas, Scarface, and more. Today there is no big artists to look up to like there was 15 years ago, I was only 2 then and I’d rather buy a cd from tha 90’s than now. I’m looking forward to Eminem’s new CD and DMX’s new CD. Other than that fuck it.
When I started writing this post I did not mean it to turn into what it is, I didn’t mean to diss on any dudes, but it happened. No offense or disrespect to anyone I mention badly. If you honestly think your good and think your doing good for Hip-Hop, you need to look in tha mirror fam, for real. A few of you could be great talent, but let labels brainwash you and control you so they profit. Fuck tight jeans, 20 chains, 10 rings, lip rings, and all that..Just go back to tha music man. Tha lyrics that help so many in tha world. Without Hip-Hop I would not be me today and may not even be alive. Thats why I am an emcee, to try and help others as I’ve been helped, not to dance and brag and all that bubblegum bullshit. Real artists these days are underground because we don’t want to sell out and become something we are not just for money, leave that to tha bitch made cats. I know its a few days late and I have been posting blogs as of lately, but this years Super Bowl was for sure one of tha best I have personally seen in my life time. From the celebrations to the fights that was one action packed roller coaster that reminded me why I love football so damn much.
Tha first half closed with an amazing INT for 100 yard TD return and broke a Super Bowl record. Congrats on that. That run back was very nice and showed why he was tha defensive player of tha year.
Then tha long strike to Larry Fitzgerald for a score to get all Cards fans up and going.
But that finish was classic. Holmes got a nice grab from Ben to get PIT down tha field in range. Then that throw and catch, perfect. In my opinion that goes beyond last years finish for one of tha best. Holmes catch topped tha Giants TD in my opinion by far. Holmes wasn’t wide open and had to drag his feet and hold that ball. Ben placed tha ball perfect. Holmes deserved MVP.
I feel bad for Fitzgerald because he had his heart in this game like no other. Boldin played amazing and deserved a title. That whole AZ team deserved it just as much as PIT. I think tha biggest difference in this game that gave tha Steelers tha win, was AZ’s D not being able to bring Big Ben down enough. He kept on just getting away and completing passes. A few missed sacks in key situations gave PIT a W on tha biggest Sunday of tha year.
Some say that INT at tha end of tha 1st half gave them tha win. But AZ had 2 whole quarters to make up for that and they didn’t. You can’t blame Warner or that offense completely. That D just didn’t trap Ben enough and take him down. I understand he is big, but you gotta do your job as a defense player and at least get your damn hands in his face. They just missed tha tackles and didn’t throw hands up so he couldn’t make a throw.
Last off season I picked PIT to take it all and everyone laughed at me and said that Dallas would. And they didn’t even make tha playoffs..Ha
I was glad to see tha Cards make it for tha first time. Although they did beat my Eagles, which was kind of on a bullshit play where Hood (a former Eagle) tripped up Curtis, but no call was made. But that’s in tha past. Congrats PIT and AZ and all other playoff teams.
Now PIT has 6 Super Bowl titles to place them on top all time for SB Championships.

For anyone who uses ESPN.com’s fantasy section for football, basketball, college, and so on should have heard of the ‘Streak For The Cash’ mini game ESPN has. A quick description of this game is each day you pick a sports match-up, either who will win, which running back will have more yards, point margin, and things along those lines. The ultimate goal is to get a “Streak” of 25 wins by December 31st. You can pick a few games per day, but only one at a time. Whoever can do this gets $1 Million from ESPN. 2nd best streak gets $10,000 and so on. Well, the magic number of 25 in a row has been touched by ‘Bigsam1122′ and he has won himself the money. His real name is Samuel Louis-Charles from Bristol, Conn. ESPN.com/fantasy has a photo of him with one of those oversized checks made out to him. Congrats to Samuel for winning. Now 2nd place is still up for grabs and I just checked and its at 19 and 18 for the following players. Also each month the person with the most wins within that month gets a nice cash prize. If you haven’t checked ESPN.con/fantasy out, go do so and maybe next year sign up for Streak For The Cash. So I’ve had tha New Xbox Experience for a while now and so far its pretty cool. I’ve heard alot of people with wireless connection who say now they can not connect to Live. Of course there are bugs and glitches that Microsoft has to work out over time as they come up. Tha avatars are pretty cool. They need to give us more range of clothes and accessories. There are not enough shirts and jackets to pick from and tha ones we can pick from aren’t that great. Pants are ok and shoes are average. Not enough hats and jewelry. Hopefully over time they will add more FREE stuff for avatars and not charge us Microsoft points or any of that bullshit. This new experience makes my console and connection lag and freeze every now and then. So far I haven’t found anything that completely ruins my game play. Tha party chat is great. We’ve been waiting for something like that and now you can talk to more than one person at a time. Private Chat was cool, but being able to talk to a few friends is much better. New Xbox Experience is cool, but I hope theres more to come in tha future. If you have Xbox Live and have applied tha update leave a comment with your thoughts..

Whats up? With tha help of ‘The Beat Squad’ (top producers outta ATL) I have had some of my tracks sent to DJ Toomp at Enzone Entertainment. I am apart of Beat Squad’s ‘Trak Starz’ program. This is one of those tough games that should be great to watch, hopefully..

Eagles TIED lasted week and Ravens got stomped to tha ground, which is odd because just 2 weeks ago BAL broke 40 points. So who knows in this game? If McNabb steps up and plays like an elite QB, Eagles should have no issues. If Westbrook can get something going, either catching or rushing, Eagles should win. Of course I am going with Eagles because they are my team and NEED to win this, but this should be a tough game.

Quinn!! Fuck Anderson. For those who don’t know yet, I believe Anderson is one of tha NFL’s top overatted QB’s and not very talented. Just look at what has happened, Edwards drops alot of balls, but with Quinn broke 100 yards last week. And I am a huge Notre Dame fan and have followed Quinn for some years now and am glad to see him getting his chance. Which ever teams gets something going and going good should walk away with a W. Dallas should win. Should is tha key word. Romo is back, Witten is a beast, TO is a beast and this D is breakable and team is struggling. I see a good game either Dallas walking on them or 49ers shocking everyone and pulling one of ‘those’ wins off. Since I’m an Eagles fan I would love SF to win, but on paper it looks like Dallas should.

Ok so NFL Week 11 is here starting tonight with tha Jets playing at tha Pats. And Ty Law will be going up against his former team. Last week tha Eagles lost a very hard fought game that they needed to win. They should rebound nice against this weak team. Look for Philly to get a W, unless some how tha Bengals start strong and finish strong.

Ok on to tha next Madden 09 Achievement posting. This one is about tha ‘team’ style achievements. By team I mean, you must be that exact team to get that achievement. Tha teams are Dolphins, Falcons, Titians, & Jets. So here they are:
5. 6 Rush TDs with the Dolphins (50) —
6 Rush TDs in a game with the Dolphins (non co-op)
16. 7 Pass TDs with the Falcons (50) —
Throw 7 pass TDs in a game with the Falcons (non co-op)
17. 550 Pass Yds with the Titans (50) —
550 Pass Yds in a game with the Titans (non co-op)
18. 300 Rush Yds with the Jets (10) —
300 Rush Yds in a game with the Jets (non co-op)
“6 Rush TDs with the Dolphins”
Get 6 rushing TD’s while playing as tha Miami Dolphins. It doesn’t say it has to be with one player either. I used ‘Bess’ to catch alot of passes on slant routes to get me down tha field and Brown on short passes. It is worth 50 gamerscore. I was in franchise and got 8 rushing TD’s, 5 with Brown, but it didn’t count because I simmed on D for one quarter.
“7 Pass TDs with the Falcons”
Get 7 passing touchdowns while playing as tha Atlanta Falcons. I would say use Turner out of tha back field and on short routes to get tha yards and score. I did this once, and it never counted. I had 8 passing TD’s with Matt Ryan. I think it didn’t count because I simmed a few defensive plays, like 2 or 3 only. I’ve seen some say I has to be in play now and others say it has to be in franchise. Its worth 50 gamerscore.
“550 Pass Yds with the Titans”
Get 550+ passing yards with tha Titians. Pretty self explanitory. I would play tha full game and don’t sim anything. Its worth 50 gamerscore.
“300 Rush Yds with the Jets”
Get 300+ rushing yards with tha New York Jets. It doesn’t say with one player so use Jones and Washington to pound tha ball and get those yards. Its worth 10 gamerscore, prolly since they have 2 good backs.

20. Midway Monster (50) —
Create a legendary player from the past. Do accomplish this, you must go to the “Create A Superstar” mode. Once there, you enter “Bones” as a case-sensitive first name and “Jackson” as a case-sensitive last name. Lastly you save the character to get the achievement.
25. Secret achievement: Now Here’s a Guy… (50) —
Thank you for purchasing Madden NFL 09. Here’s to another 20 years!

I think you need to change tha team to ‘Bengals’, not 100% sure about that, but I did because thats how I saw it. Then just hit (B) and ‘Keep Without Saving’ or whatever you want, and you will see tha achievement pop up.
Very very easy..Worth 50 gamerscore!
“Secret achievement: Now Here’s a Guy…”
Ok so tha ‘Secret’ one now. This is just like ‘Midway Monster.’ Go to “Create A Superstar” mode, then enter: ‘JOHN’ as first name, and: ‘MADDEN’ as last name. (JOHN MADDEN) Again not case-sensitive. Then just like above you can keep without saving or save or whatever, but you will get it. Again easy and worth 50 gamerscore. 2 quick and easy ones worth 100 gamerscore..

Ok so now rival game achievements. You must be playing a rival to get these achievements. I would say to start a franchise, pick your favorite team or a talented team, and when your rival games come up try for these all in tha same season. I got #10 and #19 in my very first Madden 09 game. I was tha Eagles and faced tha Cowboys, that was a tough game, but I got 85 gamerscore in it without knowing.
Here they are:

10. Hold a Rival to under 300 yards (50) —

“Record 12 sacks in a game”
Get 12 sacks in one game with your team for 50 gamerscore. Got mine in Franchise with Eagles and in same game as 6 sack below.

Get 6 sacks with one player in one game for 50 gamerscore. Got mine in Franchise with Eagles in same game as 12 sack above.
“80% completion for a game”
Get 80% competion passing in one game with at least 5 min quarters for 50 gamerscore. Got mine in Franchise with Eagles.

Ok so here is tha first post for Madden 09 Achievements and breaking them down. Lets get into it. First let me say that my explainations are from how I got them. I will leave tha #’s next to them just like in tha very 1st post so you know tha order. I will explain these achievements in this post:

Celebrate a touchdown in a wall hotspot
22. Steal Their Thunder (30) —
Steal an opposing player’s touchdown celebration
23. Slam Dunk All-Star (30) —
Dunk the ball over the goalpost (or at least attempt to) after a touchdown
24. Shine In The Spotlight (30) —
Celebrate a touchdown in an endzone hotspot
Ok, these are tha easiest in game achievements you can possibly get..
“Can You Believe These Seats”
This was one of tha very first I personally got. You can go to Play Now, Franchise, Madden Moments, or whatever. Once you score you will see an area ‘light up’ behind tha field goal post, just in front of tha fans..You run their and press (Y) That’s it and it’s worth 30 gamerscore.
“Steal Their Thunder”
I’ve seen most say you have to let tha other team score first, and I’ve seen some say you don’t have to let them score first. I personally did this in one of tha Madden Moments. Once you score a TD go to tha ‘light up area’ in front of tha field goal post and press (B) and you get 30 gamerscore..
“Slam Dunk All-Star”
Once you score run your player into tha area just in front of tha field goal post and press (Y) and once your player goes up for tha ’slam dunk’ you will get 30 gamerscore..
“Shine In The Spotlight”
Once I scored I ran into tha ‘hot spot area’ near tha outside of tha right side of tha endzone and pressed (Y) and got 30 gamerscore..

I have searched for a long time and found barely anything in the field of real online jobs. By real, I mean a job where you don’t pay all kinds of fees and charges, have to go through hours of video training and phone calls that teach you damn near nothing about the job or company, and don’t sugar coat everything they say.
I would like an eBay lister job because I have alot of eBay experience, a good eBay account, and paypal account. But thats hard as hell to find. Or a Computer Repair Job, I can fix about any computer issue there is with Windows PC’s. Actually just fixed three different computer within the past month. Or a video game testing job that is REAL. These are jobs that are very hard to find due to all the scammers out there trying to get a quick buck and screw everyone. Today.com is one of the only sites I’ve found that you can actually sign up and don’t pay any fees, and actually make money. It may not be alot, but still it is a profit that doesn’t waste your time or take your money and scam you.

For anyone who uses Xbox 360 Live you should know by now that there will be a big update comin soon. They had Xbox Live disabled and unusable for around 24 hours just about a week or so ago to do work on it. It is being called the New Xbox Experience and will change the Xbox 360 Dashboard completely. Everyone will be able to create an avatar. And the chatting will be alot better and different. You can have more than just 2 people within a chat once this update is finished. I believe its a 8 way chat. So you can have you and 7 others in one conversation on Xbox Live. That will make game play even better for games like Halo 3 and COD and so on..Your friend list will be ‘3D’ showing everyones avatars, instead of just names. That is one part I don’t like so far. That will checking your friend list a little harder and slower. This update will no be applied and ready until the holiday season. So we have a little while, but once it is done it should be worth tha wait. Also for anyone who plays Halo 3 you should see that there was a big update on it. New achievements, new maps coming, updates on tha maps we already have, and so on..Microsoft is making the gaming experience more real and more entertaining. Have your ever heard of pay to click sites?
They are sites that actually pay you to click ads. Its not a big payment per ad, usually like one penny or a nickel or something along those lines. Well I decided to try a few out and they actually do make money. Maybe not alot, but some extra money for sure. You have to have either paypal or alertpay to get your payment.
My favorite that I have found so far is at: The-Bux They pay .05 per ad and pay out is only $15. They’ve been around for a while with total payout currently at $996, they have a total of 6723 members, and as of right now as I type this there are over 600 online.
PTC sites are a quick and easy way to just make a few bucks in your spare time. People say you can cheat this sites, but I’m just going to stay doing what I’m doing and clicking ads and getting paid. I have $50 on the site I mentioned above and few bucks on some other ptc sites. If anyone has a way like this that is free to sign up and use that makes some extra money please leave a link in your comment.
I found a very very cheap Cash Gifting/Cash Leveraging system that I have checked out and got confrimed as real and not a scam. I plan on trying that out pretty quick and I’ll post about it. David Hayes’ from North Carolina has caught a record fish. He did this with his granddaughter’s Barbie fishing rod. His granddaughter asked him to hold her rod and reel, while see just went to tha bathroom. Of course he did and while doing so caught tha state’s record channel catfish. I personally live on a lake and know for a fact that is one huge catfish. I believe tha biggest catfish I have ever caught was around 19-22 pounds. With tha right bait they aren’t that hard to get ahold of.
This catfish weighed in at 21 pounds and 1 ounce. This catch was reported on August 5th in the Winston-Salem Journal in eastern Wilkes County. Tha catch has been certified as a record by the North Caroline Wildlife Resources Commission. I wonder if he will or has gotten anything for this record?
David Hayes has been fishing with his granddaughter in tha pond located behind his home since she was just big enough to hold a fishing pole. Tha fish was caught on a 6 pound test line and was 32 inches long which is 2 inches longer than tha Barbie Rod. What a great catch!!

A woman from Alabama has filed a lawsuit against Apple because he says that tha iPhones 3G network is not as fast as advertised. What an odd thing to sue over. I’ve had slow reception, but never filed a lawsuit against my phone company. She filed a 10 page complaint on Tuesday in the US District Court for Northern Alabama, Birmingham, Jessica Alena Smith, charged Apple with a breach of express and implied warrany and with unjust enrichment. She calls her phone a “Defective iPhone 3G” and is actually seeking class action status! This is very crazy. Looks like she just wants to hit it big and get a payoff. Any other person with phone problems would have contacted the company, tried with customer support, and if that didn’t work simply replace the phone. Her lawsuit says that Apple’s iPhone 3G advertising campaign is misleading. Damn near every advertising campaign for every company is misleading and full of lies, but not every sues, may we should start. “Defendant intended for customers to believe its statements and representations about the Defective iPhone 3Gs, and to trust that the device was ‘twice as fast at half the price’,” the lawsuit states. These charges do match up to many complaints about the 3G. There have been complaints about reception since its release on Jully 11th. People say they lose connection to phone calls even if the phone is in a good reception area. “Immediately after purchase, plaintiff soon noticed that her Internet connection, receipt and sending of e-mail, text messages and other data transfers were slower than expected and advertised,” the lawsuit states. Apple just ignored these complaints for weeks, but they finally agreed that reception issues do in fact exist. The Associated Press was told by an Apple representative that tha iPhone OS 2.0.2 software update that was released Monday is made to provide “improved communication with 3G networks.” But for some odd reason the update was just labeled with a quick description “bug fixes” so that makes it hard to understand exactly what tha update helps with. This lawsuit asks Apple to repair or replace all tha defective devices, and even pay unspecified damages, interest, and attorney fees. Apple representatives have not immediately responded to requests for comments. So Apple’s mistake with their phone issues has turned into a lawsuit, that could grow into more lawsuits. They should have tested tha phones and networks more before tha huge release to tha public.
