For any NFL fan you know about Brett and his retiring, not retiring, I don’t know, ways. Well after an amazing season last year, he says I am retiring. This time without much time, thought, or delay. So now with tha season quickly approaching, there is again talk about Brett Favre and tha words retire & return. Many are sayin he will and is returning, many hope thats true, and many say theres no chance of it. He is widely considered one of tha greatest QB’s of all time. He has some of tha most ridiculous completions and come backs. He is called tha “4th Quarter Come Back King” because of all his comebacks in tha 4th quarter. Do you know who his very first every completion was too? Himself, Brett Favre. Neat fact, huh? Well anyways ESPN has been sayin he will return Brett responded to ESPN’s reports of returning by telling his hometown’s newpaper website SunHerald.com in Gulfport, Miss., that, “it’s all a rumor”
But now, there are reports that Favre sent a text message about returning..
If tha Packers decided not to activate him, he will be released! That means Brett Favre #4 will not be a Packer. That would be crazy. He is tha Packers franchise player. When people think of Green Bay, they think of Favre. Wonder where he’d go??
Favre officially retired on March 6th, after a 17 year career. That has to take an impact on a players body. Aaron Rodgers is now tha Packers starting QB. He has been under Favre’s wing for a long time now and should be ready. But if Brett does decide to return, I believe that everyone will accept him back with much joy. And it seems in a way to gain attetion, Rodgers all stirred up controversy. He is sayin he does not feel like he needs to connect to tha fans like Brett did. Seems like he just wants attetion with this comment: “I don’t feel I need to sell myself to the fans,” Rodgers said in an SI article, “They need to get on board now or keep their mouths shut.” Also seems kinda ignorant in a way. Why say something like that? He didn’t gain much love from Packers fans like that. And it is widely know that tha Packers have some of tha most die hard fans in all of tha NFL. To get love, you must show love and play good. Right now Rodgers isn’t showing love, so he better play great. No matter what Favre will always be tha greatest Packer QB of all time and one of tha greatest in NFL history, he doesn’t have to return or prove anything more..

There is believed to be a ‘curse’ for players that grace Madden’s cover.
Almost every player that has been on tha cover has been injuried and
their team does bad. Could this end tha ‘curse’?
Players like McNabb, Lewis, Alexander, and Young have all been affected.
Since he is not playing, he can’t be hurt on tha field. So maybe this
will end tha curse, unless his team does bad..
